
Alyssa Marie Regina concentrates her practice in matrimonial and family law, representing clients in divorce, custody and visitation matters, child support, paternity proceedings, family offense cases, and neglect matters throughout Suffolk, Nassau, Westchester, Kings, Queens, and Bronx Counties.
She brings substantial courtroom experience to every case, regularly conducting trials, arguing motions, and preparing matters with strategic precision. Known for her steady guidance, clear communication, and compassionate approach, Alyssa is particularly adept at helping clients navigate emotionally charged legal disputes with clarity and confidence.
Alyssa’s practice is strengthened by her background in criminal defense with Brooklyn Defender Services, as well as her experience in income tax law and her longstanding interest in constitutional law. She also handles select civil litigation matters as part of her broader litigation practice.
Alyssa earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she received CALI Awards for Academic Excellence in Administrative Law and Income Tax. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism, with a minor in Political Science, from Hofstra University. She has been admitted to practice law in New York since 2018.
