Ashley Fischer is an associate with the firm, concentrating in Matrimonial and Family Law. Ms. Fischer received her B.A. in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security in 2019 from the University at Albany and her Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School in 2022.
Ms. Fischer discovered her passion for Matrimonial and Family Law after participating in her law school’s Family Violence Litigation Clinic whereby she zealously advocated for survivors of domestic violence in Supreme and Family Court. She also interned with the Honorable Caren Loguercio, Supervising Judge of the Suffolk County Family Court and Acting Supreme Court Justice, where she expanded her knowledge and skills in the practice area. Since joining Barrows Levy PLLC, she has assisted clients on Long Island and the boroughs and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
MS. Fischer advocates for clients in all areas of matrimonial and family law, including divorce, separation, equitable distribution, spousal maintenance, child custody, child support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, orders of protection and modifications.
